Event Description
Come all ye - singers, players, reciters and join-in-the-chorusers for a convivial folk evening at The Step. £5, food and drink from the bar downstairs.
We next get together on Thursday 4 July, from 8-10pm at The Step Upstairs, with a guest performer as well as contributions from the rest of us.
Russ Chandler's repertoire ranges from traditional ballads through Cockney music hall songs and monologues, Edwardian parlour music and old-timey banjo tunes to contemporary songwriting - all performed with his warm, open voice and skilful playing on guitar and banjo.
Come and enjoy! The admission charge will be £5.
