Bowes Ward Safer Neighbourds team are fitting cars with tamper-proof numberplate screws. The service is free, and will help tackle thieves who steal numberplates often to affix to other vehicles to avoid detection by the police.
Come and have your free screw-fix kit fítted on your vehicle at St Michaels At Bowes Church car park Palmerston Road n22 on Saturday 16th July between 3pm and 6pm
Everyone welcome - the process will will only take a few minutes.
