Come and join us every Tuesday for an all over body workout that incorporates boxing moves.
£8 - All equipment provided - please bring correct change. Thanks xx
Put on a pair of boxing gloves and punch your frustrations of the week away to music! It’s a fun workout for all levels and abilities and it really gets the heart racing and the fat melting away!
