The yellow flyer published by Broomfield Home-owners and Residents Association writes under "What have BHORA done this year"
Nagged Transport for London to get the Wiklmer Way footbridge fixed .....if this was Winchmore Hill they would have addressed the issue sooner...
I am not sure who They are supposed to be but the footbridge belongs to TfL .
