Event Description

Master Kam-Sang Law will introduce the main types of Chinese teas and talk about their health benefits and the Chinese tea culture. He will also describe how the different types of teas are prepared and brewed. Various types of Chinese teas will be brewed at the workshop for the enjoyment by participants.

Speaker:
Master Kam-Sang Law has been interested in tea drinking for over 40 years. He has studied most Chinese teas during his visits to the tea plantations in China, including the way some teas are prepared after harvest. He has also studied how Chinese tea is brewed and served in a ceremonial manner.
