Event Description

Walk leader: Robert Young
Meet BOWES PARK Station: to catch 6.44 p.m. train to Highbury & Islington (arrive 6.58) Note - Bowes Park station, NOT Bounds Green!  
Then catch Overground train from Highbury & Islington Station to Gospel Oak Station (trains run every 7-8 minutes and take about 12 mins).  
Start walk 7.30 p.m at the latest.
If anybody wishes to meet at Gospel Oak please let me know.

Walk length: 3 miles. 1.5 to 2 hours.
This is a slightly meandering walk, not main route, hopefully something new for everybody. We will finish walk with a sunset view from the top of the Heath Extension, (weather depending) then go to the Old Bull and Bush pub, North End Way. Food served until 10.00 p.m. Toilets en route.
Return journey options: 210 bus between Golders Green Station and Finsbury Park Station. Or short walk to Golders Green Station. 102 bus from Golders Green to Bounds Green.
