Event Description
With fungi growing within yards of the Park Information Centre, we should be able to find plenty of specimens during our Fungi Hunt in the Park this Saturday. Accompanied by expert Andy Overall we will be assured of learning the names of what we find and what it is that makes a species grow in a particular environment.
You need to register, so email allyparkn10@gmail.com stating how many people you would like to book for, and we will email back the details of where to meet. The walk is free.
Not many fungi are to be found on tarmac paths, so please come prepared to cope with rather wet and muddy conditions underfoot..
