Harringay Food Festival is a unique and very busy street event held on Green Lanes, Harringay.

The main event on Sunday 18th Sept will see Harringay Green Lanes closed off, There will be two main stages Kindly sponsored by The Salisbury Hotel and the Old Ale Emporium, with an eclectic mix of musical cultures, genres, ages and ideas - as befits our diverse and vibrant area! More information

The day will take you on a journey through stomping bluegrass and 'rockabilly', Latin jazz, Kurdish dance, indie rock, the ever popular Haringey Big Band, Turkish, Greek, klezmer and even some Motown.

The children's activity has now expanded to four marquees of art and crafts catering for all age groups.
1. The 'Green Shoots' workshop making Popup sunflower puppets - suitable for youngest kids upto 6yrs old.
2. The 'Funk Up Your Green Lanes Bag' workshop where you get to decorate your very own shopping bag.
3. 'Feeding our Environment' workshop will be making fat balls for the birds.
4. The 'Green Bike' workshop - a hands on approach in looking after your bike with a closed off section for trying a bike out.

Right at the heart of the Festival is the culinary delight of the Food Village, with over 80 stalls of amazing food from all the corners of the world right down to home made cakes, opera ice cream, Hog roast, vegetarian, cheeses and German sausages.

There will also be a large presence of community stalls, live street art, live street entertainment, hand made arts & craft, henna tattoo artist and other great stalls to sample.
