Drawing on the current exhibition at Bruce Castle Museum - Hidden Heroes: Soldiers from the Empire of the Middlesex Regiment) - Kurt Barling, broadcaster, writer, Professor of Journalism at Middlesex University London, challenges the viewpoints of how the First World War histories have been written.
