Event Description
Throughout 2015, Christ Church Southgate is celebrating 400 years of christian worship in Southgate and Palmers Green. The Weld Chapel, the precursor to our current building, was consecrated on 24th May 1615.
Join us as we re-trace the footsteps of our ancestors by walking from the site of the Weld Chapel to our mother church at All Saints Edmonton.
2.45pm - Short service in Christ Church Southgate
3.00pm - Walk/Mini Pilgrimage to All Saints Edmonton
4.45pm - Eucharist in All Saints Edmonton
5.30pm - Pilgrims Party hosted by the Parish of All Saints Edmonton.
