Holiday Bible Week (HBW) Enfield is an annual event in the school summer holidays for children aged 5 to 11 years old in the Enfield area. The purpose of the event is to introduce children to Jesus in a relevant, contemporary way, in a safe and secure environment.

The first HBW in Enfield took place in 2007. Each year around 200 children take part in a week-long programme of activities including singing, dancing, Bible stories, games, puzzles, arts and crafts, drama, puppet shows and more.

HBW Enfield is, and always will be, completely free for children to take part in. We rely on the generosity of local Churches and individuals as well as fundraising events throughout the year to keep HBW Enfield running.

HBW Enfield has no membership as such. All local Churches are invited to support the activities of HBW Enfield both financially and with resources such as helpers and materials. The planning of HBW Enfield is undertaken by a committee, with representatives from many of the Churches in the local area.
