Event Description

Simon and Julie - business owners of Like The Wind magazine / Freestak who have recently opened up in Myddleton Road are organising a regular morning run starting on Wednesday 30th September.

They'll be running from the Like the Wind offices for an easy 40 to 50 minutes run, open to everyone, with two or three groups depending on numbers and abilities (including a short very slow 5K with Julie incl. walk breaks).
Meet at 6.55 at 119 Myddleton Road, N22 8NG for a 7am sharp start.
