MICK RYAN is well known on the folk scene both as a fine singer of  traditional and original songs and writer of outstanding material, including his series of successful folk musicals. His First World War-themed folk opera A Day’s Work is touring in 2016.

PAUL DOWNES has been introduced (to his embarrassment) as one of the greatest acoustic guitarists in the world.  It’s easy to see why, but Paul considers himself firstly a singer. He has worked with Phil Beer, The Arizona Smoke Revue, Pete Seeger, Show of Hands and currently The Joyce Gang.

Together, Mick and Paul’s sensitive yet fun approach to live performances puts them among the most respected artists on the British acoustic music scene today.
