Indian Vegetarian Cooking Classes to raise funds for the Green Party

There will be just three classes, run by Mridu Thanki. Each session will last for two hours. The course is structured but conducted in an informal atmosphere with no more than 10 participants.

The course aims to give you an opportunity to: Understand the basic techniques of Indian cooking, learn to make from basic to intricate dishes and much more. Plus you can enjoy eating the meal, you helped prepare, with the group.

Fees is £30 per session. You can sign up for all three or any number you choose. Booking will close on 5 February.

Mridu Thanki, has two published recipe books to her name and has long experience of doing such courses in various countries.

Dates for the course are 13 Feb, 13 March & 10 April 2015.
