Event Description
Hatha Yoga classes starting from next Tuesday 20th August. Classes last for an hour and 15 minutes, starting at 9.30am. Classes are fairly slow and gentle, focussing on good alignment in postures and breath connection. Sometimes finishing with pranayama or meditation.
Suitable for beginners and levels 1/2.
Tuesday evening classes also running at 6.15pm and 7.45pm. Please contact me for more details or to put your name down.
Mats and props provided.
