‘Multi-Use of Cacti: A Plant of the Future’
Meet Elki Guillen our speaker and expert on cacti.
We met Elki in June at Wolves Lane Community Growing Centre and were inspired by his enthusiasm and knowledge about cacti - and his research into them as a future source of food. Come and be inspired too, by a mixture of cactus knowledge and Mexican culture.
