I'm starting a pregnancy yoga class at The Hub. It's a great way to meet other parents to be and you don't need any prior experience of yoga. It's for those who are in their 2nd or 3rd trimester. Here are the details:

Fridays, 6.30pm-7.45pm (starting 9/10/15)
The Hub, 128 Myddleton Road, London N22
£5 per session if you pay for 5 in advance, otherwise £7 per session
- No prior yoga experience necessary!
- Meet other parents to be
- Reduce stress and connect with the body and breath
