By the time that the planned meeting is held on 10th September the Royal Free Hospital management anticipates (by end August 2015) will be able to report having successfully

• having concluded the s106 agreement that forms part of the outline planning permission granted in principle for 14/04574/OUT in March 2015
• submitted for approval the plans and drawings relating what are known as the "reserved matters" and set the date and timescales for the consultation process
