Next session: 18th March
British Athletics have arranged for trainer Paul to lead this weekly group at Albert Road rec to encourage people to get out and run ahead of the Olympics. It will be free on the 18th - there will then be a break of a few weeks and the sessions will resume after Easter at a cost of £2. Last week we did some dynamic running drills to warm up, four times round the perimeter of the park and some stretching to finish off.
