This year's Walk of Witness by the Churches of Southgate, Oakwood and Cockfosters will start with a short service at Christ Church Southgate (Waterfall Road N14) at 09:15am and then walk to St Andrew's Church, Chase Side Southgate (next to Asda supermarket) for a longer service of readings, meditations and hymns., expected to begin at 10:15. Participants are welcome to join the event at either venue.

NOTES FOR PARTICIPANTS

Good Friday on this date is a Protestant and Catholic Festival. Orthodox Churches have their festival and observance on a different date.

Parking at and around Christ Church is strictly limited. Participants who intend to walk from Christ Church to St Andrews . Chase Side may wish to consider parking in Asda's Supermarket car park and travelling by either of bus route 298 (alight Waterfall Road) or bus route 299 (alight Ye Olde Cherry Tree) to the start at Waterfall road
