Age Concern Enfield and The London Borough of Enfield Home Support Network are holding a Spring into a Healthy Life conference on:
Friday 11th March 2011
Come and hear what Enfield Council are doing to support older people
Free activities include:
- taster sessions to promote a healthier lifestyle,
- complementary therapies,
- keep fit displays,
- health checks.
