An exciting night in prospect this Friday. St Harmonica's are very pleased to welcome back the popular new look Delta Ladies Band with renowned harmonica player Alan Glen, certainly one of the UK's finest players.

The Delta Ladies bring an eclectic mix of classic rhythm & blues, swing, blues, American roots music and a touch of rock 'n roll. The Band features Vicky Martin & Diana Stone - former front line members of North London's quirky Elephant Shelf - percussionist & drummer L C Collins (ex Robin Bibi), Anita Mazzotta on BV's, David Grigg on string bass, and of course ex Nine Below Zero / Yardbirds Harpist Alan Glen. With two albums to their credit and third on the way the Deltas are veterans of several festivals, three French tours and 1,300 gigs including several famous venues.

They describe the music as 'good time'- it swings, it grooves and it will surprise - come along and enjoy something fresh and exciting.

Acoustics at St Harmonica's are actually very good and the performance is being recorded to produce a live album. Be there to be part of it.
