Event Description

The St Nicholas Fair - Saturday 13th December 2014
Winchmore Hill Green

The St Nicholas Fair will be opened by The Mayor of Enfield and Mr David Burrowes MP, and the fun will begin at 11.00am promptly with popular carols sung by our local schools.

Come and enjoy a glass of mulled wine, peruse the huge range of local crafts and gifts ready for Xmas and enjoy festive food and excitement once again on our village Green.

The Kings Head, our Official Headline Sponsor will be providing a wide selecetion of drinks as well as their famous Hog Roast.

St Nicholas himself will be leaving St Pauls Church car park around 11.50 to make his way up to the Green and in keeping with tradition will be handing out small gifts to the children on his route up Church Hill.

We would like to invite all parents with their children to please come and join him around 11.45 in St Pauls car park, and follow him up the hill as he makes his grand entrance onto The Green.

There will be popular music on the Tessa Stevens Live stage with a Christmas thread all the way through until 7pm - for more details see the Tessa Stevens Live stage page.

There will be Carols from The All Churches Choir led by St Pauls in the afternoon, an Ice Rink in the centre of the Green, lots of stalls for Christmas presents and Childrens activities all through the day.

Come along and join in the fun. Its the best day in the Winchmore Hill calendar.
