The Step Gallery’s next exhibition features exciting work by community enterprise Studio 306.
Join us at the exhibition launch party on Thursday 2nd May, 7pm.
Just come along, peruse the work and have a chat with the artists. Our delicious house wine is only £3 a glass or £12 a bottle throughout the night. Everyone is welcome!
Studio 306 is based in The Chocolate Factory in Wood Green. They are a group of skilled arts and craft practitioners, who have come together to form an exciting community enterprise. They specialise in designing handcrafted, high quality ceramics, jewellery, textiles, and screen-printed products.
The aim of the studio is to empower disadvantaged local individuals who are recovering from mental illness by offering them a creative space where they can rediscover forgotten skills, develop new ones and boost their confidence.
Studio 306 is a not-for-profit organisation, so any money they make from the sale of artwork goes straight back into the collective.
Exhibition dates: 24th April to 19th May 2013
