* Practical advice on how to sow and pot on herbs, and composting advice
* Find out more about community food growing projects in Enfield, and how you can get involved
* Discover and share opportunities to support and source local, organic and fair-trade food in Bowes Park

We will also be giving away have some free seed and veg plants to help get you started!
