Friends of Alexandra Park presents......
Swifts are with us for just three months each summer, bringing spectacular action, drama and excitement to our skies.
These amazing birds have shared our buildings since the Romans came to Britain. They still breed in our eves and gables but, as new and renovated buildings exclude them, for how much longer?

Edward Mayer will tell us all about swifts, why they matter and how we can help them thrive.
 Tuesday, 26th January
The talk is free with a donation requested to non-members and will start at 8pm in the Park Information Centre in The Grove, Alexandra Park, but come any time after 7.30pm and enjoy a drink before we start. Places are limited so please email allyparkn10@gmail.com to book a seat, and say if you need directions to the Park Information Centre.
