This Sunday Swing Busters will entertain us in the Grove with a little light jazz from the 20s and 30s.

Swing Busters consists of Tony Engle on a variety of saxophones and vocals & Steve Benaim on guitar, mandolin and vocals. Tony’s saxophone will caress the loveliest of melodies out of the ether and is supremely complemented by Steve’s toe-tapping rhythm guitar. Together, their harmony singing invokes the classic brother duets of early country music, whilst staying faithful to the great American Songbook era of the 20’s, 30’s and 40’s. It’s a combination not to be missed.

It will be hot on Sunday, but it will be comfortable in the ample shade under the trees. Bring something to sit on, buy refreshment from Ciro's café, sit back and enjoy the music.

And of course, like all the Friends' activities, the concert is free.
