The Road: A Story of Life and Death offers a fascinating and intimate insight into the lives of people who have come to London from afar and struggled to make the city their home. The film highlights the isolation and hardships that many are forced to contend with.

This short documentary features Brian Moore, an 80-year-old former menswear shop owner. Brian took over the family business after his father died in 1969 but when it came to his own retirement in the years leading up to 2000, he couldn’t bring himself to move or clear out the family shop. So, one day he simply locked the shop up and kept it frozen in time for almost 15 years...
