Zainab, her mother and her three brothers have had to flee their war torn country and have left their father behind.

Finding themselves in Tottenham, they work hard to build a new life, however Zainab struggles to fit in at school. When Zainab’s father arrives a series of events unfold.

Inspired by a true story, The Dividing Line is a new piece of Music Theatre performed by Haringey Shed’s Youth Theatre. Powerful and emotional, this new production, with original score, is a moving story about the life of a young woman and her family, thousands of miles from home.
