Hi everyone,
Some of you may know that I was supposed to be running the London Marathon this year with my brother to raise money for Myeloma UK (who have given my Dad amazing support over the last 7 years).

Unfortunately, after 3 months of training in the cold, I am having to pull out because of a stubborn knee injury. I am however still helping my brother to raise funds with gigs and 'social media persuasive tactics'.

On the gig front, TOYBOX will this week, as usual feature some special guests, but will also see the house band taking requests in exchange for donations to Myeloma UK.

I hope you can come (with your wallet!)
