Comment by Donald Smith on October 31, 2014 at 12:25: Information from London Buses: Please be aware that to facilitate the Walker Ground Firework event between 1630 and 2100 Saturday 08th November, route 298 buses are on diversion in both directions due to closure of Waterfall Road between The Green, Southgate and Morton Way . Buses will not be serving stops between The Green, Southgate and Arnos Grove Station.

The Route 298 buses diversion route will be as follows:

>towards Arnos Grove Station - From The High Street junction with The Green, ahead Cannon Hill, ahead Powys Lane, ahead Wilmer Way, right Bowes Road, right Arnos Grove Station Forecourt

>towards Potters Bar - From Arnos Grove Station, left Bowes Road, left Wilmer Way, ahead Powys Lane, ahead The Green, to High Street and line of route.
