Date: Saturday 27th August
Time : 10.30
Meet: Bounds Green Station
Distance : approx. 3 miles
To start this walk, we take the 221 bus to Ballards Lane, North Finchley.
After walking down Alexandra Grove and Argyle Road, we join the Dollis
Brook and follow it going north. Crossing Laurel View, we pass through
Whetstone Stray to reach Totteridge Lane. Here we join the Dollis Valley
Greenwalk, and follow it as far as Brook Farm allotments. Here we take a
path on the right over a footbridge to return to the High Road. From Friern
Mount Drive we can get a 34 bus to Arnos Grove, then change to a 184 to
get back to Bounds Green. Stop for refreshments at the Ranelagh
