Event Description
Butterfly meadow clearing, Monday, 17th March, 10am. This splendid "meadow" has become very overgrown since the last clearance two years ago, and so we would like to tackle it again. Do come and join us if you can, for this session. It will last for about a couple of hours. We'll meet under the BBC tower. Bring any tools you think will be useful for dealing with brambles and saplings, such as loppers, small saws, secateurs, and forks, as well as gloves. Boots or wellingtons are advisable, depending on the weather. Juice and biscuits provided!
