Hathalini Yoga classes (Fusion of Hatha & kundalini Yoga) to include deep meditation and small sound bath every Thursday evening at the Cypriot Community Centre, Earlham Grove, Wood Green, London, N22 5HJ, 5 minutes from Wood Green Tube opposite Woodside Park. Only £7 drop in for 100 minutes of yoga & meditation. Beginners & Intermediates welcome. This Thursday we will focus on detoxification to help us over the festive season!
