I grew up at 16, Queens Road from 1946 to 1958, attended Bounds Green Infant and Junior Schools.

my Dad work at Williams Bothers Grocers top end of Middleton Road.

when we were at 16 Queens Road it was two flats.

i see it is now a whole house.

However recent sale photographs show the entrance hall and what was the bedroom of my Sister and myself still the same.

No bathroom then and onl6 an outside toilet shared with th3 lady who lived in the top flat who had 5o come down outside metal steps in all weathers to use.
