There is a planning application for building 2/3 bedroom houses at the rear of this property.  I understand that the neighbouring property at no 28 has also been purchased by the same developer.  Again this has a large rear garden.  So far there has not been an application to develop the original property but as it is now all boarded up I would imagine something is proposed for this.   It seems as if the remaining large houses with gardens in Bounds Green are fast disappearing!  Worrying!
