Also the founder of the idea, Daniel Raven-Ellison and Matt from the Londonist plus others tried to visit #33openspaces in 33 boroughs in one day to publicise it yesterday (a gallant failure). They managed about 20.

They are now looking for Crowd Funding. (I have supported this.)

They are not looking Planning Controls that would be unrealistic, but most other things that go with being a National Park.

This could be a great to joined up thinking around the Capitals green spaces, urban trees, green roofs plus getting children more connected with the environment.
