5 bed, 2 recep, 2 bath, big kitchen, big mature garden, lovely rustic vibe, needs about 10-20k to finish off. It’s in Truro Rd N22 8EH and I’m looking for 820k. It’s a big house with a bit of a cottage feel (lots of wood), not super-modern.
