My dad purchased tickets and still hasn't received the etickets, he has had no response from the enquiry email he has sent. Has anyone else had the same issue?

Correction: He did get a response saying they would be sent asap but still no sign of them.

Bought 3 lots of tickets and all came through instantly via email.
Have you searched in emails under backwithabang or mail@slamminevents.com. Maybe they're sat in Trash.
Might be an idea to take along your email trail along with proof that money has left his account so they will let you in.
