Hi Lindsey

 

I live just off Bounds Green Road at the North Circular end. When I was training for a half marathon last year I ran from there across Arnos Park, through Osidge and past the Chicken Shed Theatre and then past Cockfosters tube station to Trent Park and back. You can extend the run by running around Trent Park. She should be able to plot a 15 mile run using that as a starting point. If she doesn't want to run around Trent Park in circles she could carry on towards St Albans direction.
