A Community Network for Bowes Park and Bounds Green
hi
I am looking for a suitable hard flooring for bathroom, kitchen as well as the lounge, but I am not keen on tiles or vinyl...
have you got any suggestions for me?
has anybody put down bamboo for instance and can offer any feedback, as reviews are a little mixed?!
many thanks, lucia

I recently had stone-effect tiles laid in my kitchen and they look great, but its 'wood' flooring is also *very* convincing. Mine was fitted by Jordan Andrews in Crouch End and they have a wide selection in stock — it's worth large pieces seeing in person, rather than the small samples they send out free.

As per the Karndean suggestion below, you could also look at Brocklehurst Flooring in Mus Hill which stocks Karndean and other posh vinyl too.
