Anyone near N22 have a carpet kicker we can borrow for a day?

We just rented a flat last month on Whittington Road, and the carpet is coming up everywhere. Our baby keeps picking at it and we're afraid he's going to pull off pieces of the pad and eat them! We'd just like to be able to re-tuck the carpet and tack it down without waiting for our landlord to take a month to send someone round. We'd rather not pay for equipment to do this when other people might have something they're not using. If any neighbours have a knee kicker we could borrow, we'd be so appreciative.

Hi Sadie, have just read your original post and wondered how you're getting on with carpets?

Hi PJ -- thank you!!! it's hard getting any time and space to do them with our 10-month-old always in the way but we have managed to do a couple of the rooms and it's helped. i am afraid though that the carpets have just been installed with the wrong hardware and they're going to keep coming up. :/ I can drop the kicker back off with you on Sunday if you'd like?

Hello again! Couldn't access the end of message, just wanted to say " hope it's going ok and there's no rush for it back. Do you need a hand? Might have few hours during the week.
