Hi, has anyone had a good experience with a local building firm when carrying out an extension project? We are looking to do a side-return and have founds lots of loft specialists in the area, but few builders who undertake ground floor / side return extensions. 

I know that there are a few, similar threads on here, but any recent experiences or recommendations would be very welcome!
