It was an unfortunate week for one of our three Bowes Councillors Alan Sitkin.

Keen cyclist and champion of local sustainability, Cllr Sitkin had his bicycle stolen from outside the Enfield Civic Centre ... whilst he was inside ... addressing the council about the need to encourage people to take up cycling as a sustainable and healthy mode of transport!

Bad Luck Alan - If you see him on the bus do say hello!
