There has been a burglary at Zourtos Butchers at 113 Green Lanes and the Greek coffee shop next door to my cafe last night. The people responsible entered the buildings via the roof tiles which were removed they then broke through the ceilings, damaged machinery and made-off with some cash and other small items.

Can everyone please be cautious in the night, make sure your doors and windows are checked at night especially now the weather is hot, we may decide to keep windows open whilst asleep if you have a flat roof remember these people can climb and walk on the flat roofs which is the method used to break into the shops ....
