I have three Ikea billy bookcases (already built), which I would like to give the built-in look to across the back wall in the lounge. Similar to this (without removing the skirting or putting it on a platform) http://bit.ly/1fRIrsP

This doesn't look like to be a very big job but not something I can do myself. 

Would anyone be able to recommend someone who can do this? I have looked at the recommended trades people threads and the posts are all quite old, so wanted some up-to-date recommendations.
