We have written on the forum before about the excellent work of Positive Youth News Haringey - their engagement with Time Out Magazine last year stands as a text-book example of positive community campaigning.

So it is terrific - particularly this week - to share some really good news about young people in Haringey.

PYN Harringey have today announced that they have won the London vInspired Award 2014! 

The vInspired awards are designed to celebrate young people’s outstanding contribution to their communities through volunteering. Positive Youth News were nominated for their work in our community and have won the London regional finals.

All regional winners now go through to the national finals and the winner will be announced at the vInspired National Awards ceremony in March 2014. We wish them well!
