The Contract Award for the Construction of Vaulted Graves and Mausoleum Chambers and Associated Works Framework Contract was published on 8th May (pdf attached)

In addition to the existing Mausoleum Works at Edmonton Cemetery it is intended to use the same approach in Southgate, Hertford Road and Lavender Hill Cemeteries 

In addition graves over 75 years old at Southgate, Hertford Road and Lavender Hill Cemeteries are the subject of reuse:

Edmonton Cemetery; Lavender Hill; Hertford Road Cemetery

TAKE NOTICE that we are making application to the Consistory Court of the Diocese for permission to carry out the following

Re-use of public [common] graves situated in consecrated ground. Removal and re-interment of existing remains in a new grave. The identified graves will be those in which no burials have taken place over 75 years. A full list of graves within the said sections and copies of the relevant plans and documents may be examined at:
