Has anyone ever attempted, or does anyone know how to go about, researching the possibility oh controlled parking/residents only parking on Melbourne, Kelvin and Sidney Roads? Since the implementation of CPZ on parallel Harringey controlled residential roads, parking on Melbourne in particular has become a complete nightmare....More than several commercial vans are  being left from Friday night through to  Monday mornings and then overnight on weekdays. Their owners park their cars on the road, take the van off for the day, return to park the van, and drive their cars back to where they live presumably. The bars on Green lanes not only cause problems with lack of parking but also some pretty anti-social 'driving' (at speed, wheel spins, horn honking) Friday through Sunday.
