Hello 

We have lived on Trinity Road for 5 years, our flat backs onto the Finsbury Estate and we have never had any problems. Alittle of noise from children playing on the green in the summer but thats its! I have often run through Finsbury Gardens at night and early morning too. Always been absolutely fine :)

Thanks Jo and Rebecca. The flats have gone now (no room for prevarication in the current market!) but will bear this in mind if anything else comes up in this area. Nothing beats local knowledge and the Estate Agents would never tell you anything negative about an area so this information is invaluable.
